Rukum, Balika Balatkar gareko arop ma giraftar. 45 yrs old Bhim Bahadur Oli was arrested by the District police office Rukum, for the rape attempt on 1st of September. A child was 4 month pregnant during her check up in the district hospital. During the enquiry of the accident she said that she was raped by the man when she was alone at the house and due to the fear she was not able to talk about the accident. Since the child is pregnant she is not going to the school.
