Ramji Joshi Chief Administrative officer of Bateshwor rural municipality was physically assaulted by three contract staff in Dhanusha on July 13. Ram Ashish Mahato, a ward chairperson of a municipality alleged that the accused assaulted Joshi without any reason and further verbally abused him.
