40-year-old Ramnath Das of Pipra rural municipality-5 Sahodawa in Mahottari killed his 60-year-old uncle Ram Bahadur Das by hitting him with a spade on 21 July at afield. Ramnath hit his uncle with spade on the head on Thursday while the later had gone to call Ramnath. The victim died on the spot in the attack. Police have arrested Ramnath Das from his resident and have started further investigation into the incident.
