Anita Shrestha Lama,27, of Bharatpur Municipality-10 has lodged a complaint at Women and Children Service Center against her husband Mangal Lama, 31, on August 24 accusing him of beating her. The complaint states that her husband has been inflicting physical and mental torture on her since one year. The victim said that her husband has been inflicting assault on her in inebriated state. She further said that she was compelled to lodge a complaint seeking for justice and action against him. Santa Pandit, chief of the WCSC said that a warrant has been issued against the accused he has not come to contact.
