Nepal Communist Party (Biplav) takes out torch rally against arrest warrant of leaders

Netra Bikram Chand led Nepal Communist Party (NCP) took out a torch rally on Monday evening protesting against the issuance of arrest warrant against the leaders of the party by Lalitpur District Court on various charge including possession of illegal weapons. Participants at the torch rally demanded the government to fulfill the three point agreement signed by the government with the party.
