Three members from the same family in Bungal municipality-9, of Bajhang were found dead hanging on the  same tree on August 10. Among the deceased are 22 year old Gita Parki and her two children, 3 years old son and 5 years old daughter. 

Parki's husband had arrived home from India the earlier night and the incident happened early next morning. More information related to the incidents remains to be traced.  Police are further investigating the incident.
