Khetraj Prasad Adhikari and Imran Rain, engineers working at Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi municipality, in Khotang were physically assaulted and misbehaved by a young man at Bamarang, of Rupakot Majhuwagadhi municipaity-3 when the two had gone for monitoring and evaluation of road. They accused a Rai youth of forcibly taking them to an unknown person's house and mistreating them on Tuesday evening.
The two had also filed a complaint of cyber crime on August 10 stating that the youth shared a post of holding them hostage at a house. In the complaint they stated that Rai took their belongings and punched them. The Nepal Civil Service Organization, the Civil Service Union and the National Civil Service Organization (Civil) have demanded the arrest and action against the person involved in the assault on the two civil servants.
