Khotang, Balatkrit Balika ko Suwastya Awasta Chintajanak. The condition of an 8-year-old girl has remained critical since the day she was raped by a 17-year-old boy. The girl, came back home crying on September 1 after she was abused, has remained unconscious since then. She is admitted Kanti Children’s Hospital in Kathmandu. She was referred there by District Hospital Diktel as her condition was serious, Dr Pujan Malla of District Hospital informed. District Police Office’s DSP Binod Raj Kharel said that their investigation showed that she was allured into a school building by the minor where she was sexually assaulted. The accused, absconding since the incident, was arrested on September 3 and that investigation is going against him. DM
