The cadres of Nepal Communist Party (Biplav) organized a protest assembly in Rolpa on August 20, condemning the arrest warrant issued in the name of their General Secretary Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav) and other party leaders. The party cadres have been organizing frequent protests demanding release of party members, and condemning price hike and corruption.
