Salyan, Pati Birudha Tin Ota Mudda. Shila Bista, 38, of Bame VDC-1 has lodged three separate cases against her husband Piper Bista at District Court on September 8. She accused him of depriving her of food and clothes, expelling from the house and not giving the property of her right. She further demanded for the partition of the property and marriage registration. The victim has been living at her parental home at Jajarkot since 12 years. The information officer of District Court, Bishnu Sharma said that the legal proceedings will be initiated regarding the case.
