Sumitra Pulami, 43, of Dhikura VDC-6 has filed a complaint against Bir Bahadur Jhankri, 51, of Sandhikharka Municipality and Goma Pun, 38, of Adguri VDC-8 on September 8 on charge of calling her a witch. Saying that shaman Jhankri and Pun had verbally accused her calling her a witch on September 6, she filed a complaint at District Police Office and Women and Children Service Centre. Pulami was at her daughter's home when they abused her saying she was there to harm some of them. Inspector Prem Kumar Thapa of DPO said that they would investigate the case after detaining the accused.
