Kaski,Baalika balatkaar aaropit giraftaar. The District Police Office of Kaski has arrested Suk Dev Bastakoti, 52, of Kaskikot VDC-8 on September 7 on charge of raping a 12-year-old girl. The victim's family had lodged a verbal complaint at Naudada police post on September 7 accusing him of raping the girl by threatening her while she was cutting grass.
