District Police Office has informed that it has arrested Bharat Sapkota, 38, of Ramche in Jaishithok VDC-4 on September 7 on charge of raping a 42-year-old woman in the night of September 6. Locals said Sapkota, entered her room in inebriated condition, assuming it of belonging to his first wife. When the woman cried for help, the locals nabbed him and handed him over to the police. Police took the woman to local hospital and pressed a charge of rape against him.
