Dhankuta,Balatkaar gatna ka aaropit purpekshya ka lagi thuna ma. Ramesh Bishwakarma, 17, of Teliya VDC-4 has been remanded in jail on September 9 on charge of raping an 18-year-old woman. The family of the woman had filed a complaint against him on August 10 accusing him of raping her as she was going to her relative’s home on August 5. He was arrested at his home and a case of rape was filed against him, DSP Dhruba Raj Raut said. Biskwakarma was arrested on August 8. A case of rape was filed against him on August 11. The woman has a son and the husband is abroad for work. The accused is learnt to have been a tenth grader. S
