The residents of Budhanilakantha led by CPN-UML Budhanilkanth Nagar Committee team surrounded the Kathmandu election office after the name was removed from the electoral roll. They claim selected names are fake voters. They reached out during the sit-in at the election office, and expressed anger that even the names of city executive members were removed from the list after submitting all the documents to the election office is unfair to the people.
