Sarlahi, Baal vivah bata nabalik ko uddhar. Mahila Bikas Nepal, Sarlahi has rescued a 17 yrs old who was forced to marry 76 yrs Raktu Sah,Bhairavaha VDC 5. The girl has been sent back to her parents in Kathmandu.
