POlice have arrested cadres of the National United Movement Front who were protesting by burning copies of the constitution in Maitighar Mandala of Kathamandu on the Constitution Day on September 19. The Front has declared the Constitution Day on Asoj 3 a black day. Stating that the constitution institutionalized the federal republican system and secularism, the front has termed it as a black constitution. Minor scuffle broke out between police and protesters while burning the constitution.
