Study at Tribhuwan Secondary School in Dailekh has been affected after padlocking at the administrative office of the school. Nishan Kumar Thapa, a businessman who had won the tender contract for renting the godown operated by the school padlocked the school administrative office saying that he had not been provided the godown although he had been paying rent since the past six months. He stated that he had to resort to padlocking as the last resort after repeated negligence from the school in making available the space contracted to him. The school's principal Nirak Bahadur Tarami stated that the refusal of the previous godown operator to vacate it on political protection.
