Basant Khadka, Tribhuvan Khadka, Prakash Khadka, and Deepak Khadka were injured in a clash between the cadres of CPN-UML and Nepali Congress in Khaptadchanna rural municipality-6 of Bajhang on October 27.  According to the ward chairperson Tej Bahadur Khadka, the clash broke out between the two groups over election campaign and old feud. According to him, the fight started when Basant Khadka hit Tribhuvan Khadka on the head with a bottle during the election campaign controversy. He further alleged that  was often a clash between the Khadka family due to political vendetta. They all belong to the same family.
