Parsa, Balatkar Ko Arop Ma Mudha Darta. Police have arrested Aditya Kumar Jaiswal, 26, of India, currently living in Birgunj sub-metropolis-18 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. Police said that the accused raped the girl on September 14 after taking her to a junk yard which he was operating. He was arrested by the police on September 15 and a rape case has been registered against him. The victim's mother had lodged a complaint at district police office of Parsa on September 15 and the victim underwent a health checkup on the same day at Narayani sub-regional hospital. The district police office of Parsa said that the medical report of the victim is yet to come.
