Netra Bikram Chand-led NCP stages torch rally in Jhapa demanding cancelation of election

The Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplov-led Nepal Communist Party (NCP) staged a torch rally in Birtamod of Jhapa on November 5 evening demanding to cancel the election schedule for November 20. Speaking at a corner assembly gathered after the torch rally, alternate central member of the party Prashant Thapa claimed that the election planned for November 20 was not in the welfare of Nepali Citizens. The government have started their watch against the NCP cadres after the party stated that it would disrupt the election.
