A suspicious item believed to be Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was found before the house of Ganesh Poudel, a candidate in the upcoming November 4 election from Rastriya Swotantra Party in Butwal Sub-metropolitan city-12 of Rupandehi. A police team reached the site of the incident after being informed about the suspicious objective. Poudel stated that, he saw the suspicious when he went outside his house in the morning.
