A clash broke out between the cadres of the ruling alliance and CPN-UML in Naugad rural municipality-6 of Darchula on November 13. Jayabhan Singh Dhami, a cadre of the CPN (Maoist Center) was seriously injured in the clash. According to spokesperson of District Police Office Darchula Rajesh Shahi, Dhami was sent to Dhangadi of Kailali after he could not be treated at Gokuleshwor primary health center. Number of police personnel were increased in the area after the incident according to Shahi.
