Chief minister's personal secretary assaults independent candidate in Bhojpur

Bhojpur: An independent candidate was beaten up by the Chief Minister's personal secretary in Bhojpur.
Independent candidate of the House of Representatives election, Dilip Kumar Khatiwada was reportedly beaten by Bhadra Parajuli, personal secretary of the Chief Minister of Province 1 Rajendra Kumar Rai. The incident took place at a hotel in Shadananda municipality of Bhojpur on November 12 where they had stopped for lunch after election campaign at Salpasilichho municipality-1.
Khatiwada also demanded security after being issued death threat by Parajuli.
Parajuli stated that there was only minor dispute over Khatiwada's alleged abuse of his name. He claimed that the dispute rose after Khatiwada hurled slurs at him.
