Voting fails to start on time at a polling center in Chamunda Bindrasauni after IED found near polling center

Voting could not be started on time in Janata Secondary Bastakot Polling station in Chamunda Bindrasaini rural municipality-5 of Dailekh after a suspicious item believed to be improvised explosive device (IED) was found near the polling station on Sunday morning before the start of voting. A bomb disposal unit of Nepal Army was sent to deal with the IED.
