Two persons sustained serious injuries after being assaulted by a group in Ramechhap municipality-8 Dumrikharka of Ramechhap on Poling day. The injured are identified as Govinda Subedi, a 21-year-old youth and Devulal Subedi 41-year-old man who were physically assaulted by a group of four people from Salle Village while they were returning after voting. Police arrested one of the accused whereas other three have absconded. Both victims are in critical health situation due to the assault. Police says the reason behind the physical assault is yet to be investigated.
