Police arrested three cadres of Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplav led Nepal Communist Party from Rukum West on the charge of attempting to disrupt the electoral process. Police arrested the Biplav cadres from Ward 5, 11, and 13 of Rukum West on the charge of attempting to tear ballot papers, kicking ballot boxes and obstructing voting, according to CDO Parmananda Ghimire.
