Police arrested a local Narayan Bhandari on the charge of torching the ballot box of Proportional representatives election system for the provincial assembly at the polling station in Devchuli municipality-4 on November 20 in Shanti Shrijana Primary School. Bhandari tried to abscond after torching the ballot box.
