Birgunj,@ nakkali pulis pakrau. BIRGUNJ (PARSA), SEP 21 - Parsa Police on Sunday has arrested two persons on the charge of collecting money from people, impersonating themselves as police personnel. The arrested are Santosh Kumar Thakur of Pipara VDC-1, Rautahat district, and Munna Devi, 38, of Bishwa, according to Superintendent of Police, Dibesh Lohani. Thakur was a policeman expelled from the service. They were arrested from Birgunj Sub-Metropolitan City-18 and police seized fake identity cards from them, said police.
