A complaint was lodged against Thulo Kancha Tamang a 50-year-old ward chairperson of Sunapati rural municipality-5 on December 18 on the charge of physically assaulting Kamal Bahadur Tamang a 72-year-old man of Sunapati rural municipality-5. The victim alleged that the accused physically assaulted victim on December 14 while he was under the influence of alcohol.
