Postal Road Struggle Committee staged a sit-in in Siraha district administrative office in December 19 agitated over the delayed reconstruction of the Kamala river bridge connecting Sirha-Dhanusha under the Siraha Postal road. After the collapse of the Kamala river bridge, the local youth made a temporary bridge by cutting bamboo. Thousands of people were forced to travel through that bamboo bridge every day. The bridge cannot take four-wheelers.
