Prajapati Bista a local resident of Dhangadhi sub-metropolis-9 was shot by two Indian citizens on December 20 morning. Prajapati alleged that the accused came with the intention of looting, and shot him when trying to resist them. The accused stole four auto rickshaw batteries. Police alleged that the accused and the locals only clashed and did not open fire whereas the locals claimed that the accused shot the victim two times and police collected the bullet casings as well.
