Khotang/September 25 Shyam Prasad Acharya, 65, of Diktel Municipality-2 has been remanded in prison following the court order on September 24. He was arrested on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl on September 16. The girl’s family filed an FIR against Acharya saying he had raped the girl as she had gone to graze the buffalo. A case of incest and rape has been filed against him. The girl’s medical checkup was conducted at District Health Office, Diktel on September 17. DM
