Saptari/September 25 Shatrughan Yadav, 52, accused of killing Santosh Ram Mochi, 13, of Kamalpur VDC-4 has been released on date by the District Court on September 24. District Judge Badri Prasad Oli issued the verdict. Kapal Ram Chamar, the father of the deceased had filed an FIR against Yadav along with his wife Kamala, daughter Sunita and son Mahesh on April 19 and were arrested on September 9, Inspector Deepak Kumar Karki of Kanchapur Area Police Office said. The boy had died on April 18 after being beaten by the accused on April 16. Postmortem of the boy’s body was conducted at Zonal Hospital in Rajbiraj on April 19. M
