Police arrested 30-year-old Dilip Kumar Patel  and Shyam Prasad Yadav alias Krishna of Birgunj metropolis-17, on December 28 on the charge of abducting and murdering Niraj Paswan a 14-year-old student of Panna Memorial Boarding School of Birgunj metropolis-25. According to the police, the victim studying in Grade 8 was abducted on the plan of Dilip Kumar who is a teacher at the school. Paswan was murdered after abduction on November 21. The dead body of the victim was recovered from the old building of the school on December 25 inside a septic tank. According to the police, the accused abducted the victim for ransom.
