Police arrested Pawan Kumar Das a discipline in charge of  Gauriganj Secondary School on February 8, on the charge of abating a 17-year-old student of grade 11 Soni Rajbanshi of Gauriganj rural municipality-3. According to the victim's family, the accused physically assaulted the victim for breaking school discipline and which resulted in psychological pressure, and eventually the victim committed suicide.
