Timalsina is the UCPN-M Lalitpur District Committee member and member of UCPN-M affiliated All Nepal Trade Union Federation Sixth National Convention organizing committee member. His wife, Namita said that he was at their residence at Dhapakhel VDC-6, Lalitpur until October 1 after that remains out of touch with the family. With the help of INSEC Lalitpur DR, Namita filed an appeal at Metropolitan Police Range, Satdobato on October 12. “I have urged from help from all my friends, relatives and acquaintances.
