Police have arrested Naresh KC, 45, of Gongabu-6 in Kathmandu and staying in Hetauda Municipality-10 on October 5 on charge of raping a 12-year-old girl. Family of the girl accused that KC raped her at various occasions after luring her with sweets and money. DSP Dipak Thapa said that the accused was arrested following a complaint filed by the victim's family at the District Police Office on October 4. Medical check-up of the victim was conducted at Hetauda Hospital.
