Police arrested a cadre of Biplov-led CPN Lokendra Limbu a 29-year-old man of Chainpur municipality-4 on February 22, on the charge of physically assaulting 49-year-old Navinraj Dahal working as an Assistant Forest Officer in the Division Forest Office located in Chainpur municipality-7. The victim alleged that the accused asked for donations and when they refused to give them, they entered his office and physically assaulted him. According to Dr. Indra Sapkota, Chief of the Division Forest Office, the victim sustained an injury on his head causing him to get six stitches.
