Members of Struggle committee formed to protest against micro finance organizations assaulted the employees of Jiwan Bikash Micro Finance institute in Karsiya of Morang on March 4. The institute made public the incident on March 5 organizing a press conference. According to the institute, its employee Tridev Mandal employed at Gauriganj branch was assaulted at Dhanpalthan rural municipality by a group led by Sashila Thapa of Udayapur.  The institute also accused police of arresting its two employees and two locals who had gone to collect information about the incident of the assault.
