Police arrested 22-year-old Mina Bhujel of Pakhribas municipality-5 Ghorlikharka of Dhankuta on March 9 on the charge of physically assaulting her 32-year-old step-mother Indira Bhujel. According to the police, the victim who is a mute assaulted the victim on March 6 while her husband Arjun Bhjel was not at home. According to the neighbors, the complaint was not lodged because she was unable to speak. Likewise, due to the brutal physical assault, the victim sustained injuries on her face and other body parts.
