Police arrests man on the charge of raping young woman in Darchula

Police on March 10 arrested 36-year-old Indra Bahadur Bam of Dunhu rural municipality-4 in Darchula on the charge of raping a young woman. Police arrested Bam after the victim's side filed a complaint accusing him of raping the 19-year-old victim at her own house on March 9 when she was alone. The victim underwent medical examination at district hospital on March 10. Police are further investigating the incident.
