Complaint lodged against four on the charge of enacting caste-based discrimination in Kaski

Narayan Pariyar lodged a complaint against ward members of Macchapuchre rural municipality-5 Ramji Lamichanne, Sujan Lamichanne, Sarita Lamichanne, and Santosh Lamichanne on March 21 on the charge of discriminating him on the basis of caste. The victim alleged that he faced caste-based discrimination during a feast on March 9. He further added that he received threats because he touched the food for the so-called 'upper caste' and it had to be disposed of.
