Saptari,Balika balatkaarka aropit giraftaar. Saptari/October 19 Police have arrested Kanhaiya Kumar Sah, 19, of Rajbiraj Municipality-3 at 8 pm on October 18 on charge of raping a 3-year-old girl. The locals had caught him in the act at Machha Galli on Rajbiraj Municipality-7 and handed him over to the police. On October 19, the girl’s mother filed an FIR against Sah at District Police Office asking for action against him. Medical checkup of the girl was conducted at Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital on October 19. SP Dan Singh Bohora said that the court had granted seven days to the police to investigate the case before case filing.
