A complaint was lodged against Taranath Poudel of Kalika rural municipality, Durga Bhatta member of an executive committee member of Kalika rural municipality, and her brother-in-law Bishnu Prasad Poudel on the charge of misbehaving and verbally abusing a 34-year-old woman. The victim lodged the complaint on March 26 alleging that the accused also issued a death threat in a matter related to the meeting of the consumer's committee formed to construct road and buildings in the village.
