Industry and Business organization affiliated with the RPP (Rastriya Prajatantra Party) Banke staged a demonstration on April 3, against the government's policy and the "high-interest" rate charge by the banks on loan. Participants at the demonstration chanted slogans against the government. They also submitted a memorandum to the Chief District Officer of Banke. They chanted various sloganst against the government.
