A complaint was lodged against 34-year-old Ananda Mishra alias Krishna Mishra on the charge of physically assaulting and smearing black on the face of Mobarak Nadaf a 21-year-old youth of Loharpatti municipality-6, in Mahottari accusing him of theft. According to the victim, the accused who was his contractor refused to pay his wages, and the victim agitated by his response took his grading machine and fan on April 6 claiming that he would return it after receiving his payment.  The victim further alleged that instead of paying him back, the accused called him in Shiva Ashram and inhumanely assaulted him.
