Local entrepreneurs and service seekers have padlocked the office of NIC Asia Bank's Lumbini branch citing harassment by the bank. Tourism entrepreneurs accused the bank of harassing the service seekers by asking to deposit interests while there is no business. A customer of the bank also accused the bank of cheating him and trying to auction his land kept as collateral.
