According to police, the arrestee has been identified as Pawan Acharya from Dandapakhar-3 of Sindhupalchok district, currently residing at a rented room in Dhumbarahi of KMC-4. He had allegedly raped a 6-year-old minor in her rented room in Dumbarahi at around 10:00 am yesterday, said police. A team deployed by the Metropolitan Police Circle, Maharagunj arrested him for further investigation.
