Kapilvastu, balatkaar ghatnaka aropit giraftaar. Kapilvastu/ October 21 Ward police office of Chandrauta has arrested a 45-year-old man from Hadauna, a border between Nepal and India on October 21. The victim's mother had lodged a complaint at police on September 22 accusing him of raping the victim on September 11 and 12 while she was alone at home. The accused was at large after the incident was revealed. Police said that the accused would be charged under rape after investigation.
